Social networking sites have already been threatened by our (Honourable ?) HRD minister Mr. Kapil Sibal.

His demands to sensor internet created a mayhem across the country! He want's google and for that instance any other social networking website to manually index content and he never realized that there are millions to tweets tweeted every single day, and who will manually screen them!

So what's next?

Mr. Sibal can change the stuff we read and surf? So we would read what our Politicians want us to read..

2012 can be a challenging year for Social media in India.

Infrastructure Bonds which became famous for it's tax benefit's last year, have come up again this season of 2011-12!

One can save tax up-to Rs 6200 (odd) on an investment of Rs 20,000.

Currently 2 bonds are open for subscription: IDFC Infrastructure Bonds and L&T Infrastructure Bonds

This bond is most beneficial for the people who fall in the 20% and 30% tax bracket.

Trying and thinking won't help me much, the only thing which can is trying and not thinking much!

Now I don't think of the result but I believe in Nishkama Karma!

I installed jaxtrsms the other day but found it was not very interesting. WhatsApp is a better alternative I feel!

The best app I found till date is m-indicator as it has helped me big time while travelling....

My PC gets repaired! And now I hate Moksh Computers...

In October first week my computer shut down!!

I call a person to repare it he tells me there are various issues with the hardware.

My motherboard was not working. I send it for replacement and these MSi fellas took their own time (15 days) and later handed over the motherboard to me. But yeh, thankfully they repaired it.

Later on we realized there is an issue with my DDR 3 RAM so I send that too for replacement and it took me 15 days more to come!! All thanks to some stupid company named "Simmtronics".

Now my computer is up! Thanks to the guy who fixed it..

Well I would like to say that:

Never trust any one who say this is the best company for computer hardware. Do your own research. I regret why I didn't do it :(

I was fooled by Moksh Computers (Malad, Mumbai) he gave me motherboard which I had never ever heard before - MSi. More over he gives me RAM of Simmtronics which I guess no one from you'll must have heard earlier.

To conclude I would like to say:

Buy well known computer parts.

Never Trust any one.

Do your own research!!

I was just thinking and an idea came in my mind to create a Consumer Complaints search engine which helps brands in identifying their mentions online (Mainly for the negative comments).

The tool will search/extract links from 25 odd consumer complaints websites.

How does it help?

Search for a Brand and get to know what people are peaking about it.
The link's would be from various consumer complaint forums in India.
Brands get to know if there is any complaint against them.

The person said it's a Lucky plant.. Good Luck plant..

Though I don't believe much on luck, I nevertheless bought it.

Its actually just like a small bamboo tree :)

What did I do the whole year - 2010?

Now I was just recollecting today what I did in this whole year!

Here is the list :

January : I chilled out as I had nothing much to do! (Memories from year end trip to Mahabeleshwar)

February : I chilled out again :P An important thing to note is that since Feb onwards I became super active on twitter! And Yes I had also attended Blog Camp Mumbai where I met few great people!

March : This was an awesome month! Visited Jaipur & Jodhpur for a college Industrial Visit! after which had to start studies for my final exams in April!

April : Exams!! (Nothing else to say :P)

May : Got a job

June : Started working

July : Boring

August : Boring! Except the trip to Lonavla! (Pic1/ Pic 2)

September : A slow month where I started studies again.

October : Good one! I tried to learn time management and was a bit successful in that!

November : Quit my job by end of Oct from Nov 1st started studies.

December : Exams and trips to various places! starting with a trip to Matheran and various trips to places in Mumbai and near by!

Next year 2011 is very challenging and important for my life where career is concerned!

Trip to Mahableshwar : Dec 2009!

It was a good trip of mine to Mahableshwar with my friends! We were four and had a blast.
I just remembered the trip today and decided to post about it.
The place was beautiful that was my 5th trip to Mahableshwar but the first one after I became 18! :P
We jumped in the swiming pool in chilling cold too!
The temp out there was arround 16 - 21 degree C. :)

Yesterday I bought a new hosting service for IndianMoneyPlus.Com as I finally decided to shift to Wordpress from Blogger.
Wordpress is a clean tech blogging platform. It is easy and very good as it has various plugins.
6 months back I shifted Squamble.com to WP from Blogger I got excellent results. Today Google sends 82% of the traffic on Squamble.Com

Hope IndianMoneyPlus.Com also get some good traffic in a month or so!

My presentation yesterday was too good. It was a group presentation.
We had taken WALMART for its logistics activity.
We covered the five pillars of logistics. We highlighted more on LIS,
Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory and Transportation and yes also
WALMART business logic.

Two months back I made a PPT and All About Tax In India for FY 09 - 10 and I don' remember how I landed up posting it on SldeShare.net !
But just today when I saw it I came to know the statistics of the presentation which i uploaded :

It has 1160 views. 73 downloads. But no comments :(

Sensex at 19.5K by year end say expert! Are they serious ?

While I was surfing through Rediff I cam across a article Sensex at 19,500 by year end : Experts.
What exactly is on their mind ?
Are they trying to speculate ? No clue.
When markets were at 8K they didn't say any such stuff!
When I read this I remember one thing "Buy when others are selling and sell when others are buying."
So should we follow what they say? I think no. Doing our own research is the best strategy.
Few weeks ago Elton Wave international a UK based investment advising co. said "Sensex at 1 lac possible by 2025!" This can be possible as India is ought to be a super power by 2020 - 2025.

What do you have to say on this ? Will Sensex reach at 19.5K by the year end ? Comment!
